What happened
Your request has been received and processed. We deleted the message history associated with your account from the connected Instagram or Facebook business you messaged, including the conversation record and every message in it.
What Yapr is
Yapr provides the AI assistant that replies to messages for small businesses. If you messaged a business on Instagram or Facebook Messenger and received an automated reply, that business uses Yapr — we processed the conversation on their behalf.
What we may still hold
The business you messaged keeps its own records independently of us. If you gave them contact details, or they saved your enquiry, that information stays with them and you would need to contact them directly. We may also retain limited records where the law requires it.
