Yapr provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows users to create, customize, and deploy chatbots on their websites. The Service is provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; (c) impersonate others; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; or (e) build chatbots designed to deceive or harm users.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Yapr a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of content you upload.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
